There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Email reaches a person, and that is the only channel we operate.

How to reach us

Write in English if you can. We read every message. A reply usually takes a few working days, and a privacy request is answered within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If something in the course is wrong, out of date, or a link no longer goes where it says, tell us which page and what is wrong. This is the most useful thing you can send.
• Clarity. If a step assumes knowledge it should not, say which paragraph lost you. That is a fault in the writing, not in the reader.
• Privacy requests. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line. The Privacy Policy sets out what we do with it.
• Trademark and rights matters. If you represent a brand named on this site and something here concerns you, write to the address above and we will deal with it promptly.

What we cannot help with

• Technical support for any game or computer. We cannot see your machine and we are not the vendor. The publisher of the game is the right destination, and their site will have a support route.
• Accounts, passwords, purchases or refunds. We do not hold accounts for anybody and have no access to any game service. Contact the publisher or the platform you bought from.
• Professional advice. Nothing we send is legal, financial or security advice, and the Terms and Conditions say so.
• Reports of scams, harassment or online safety matters. These belong with the Australian bodies that can act on them: Scamwatch for scams and the eSafety Commissioner for online safety. We cannot investigate anything.

What happens to your message

Your email sits in a mailbox hosted by our email service provider, which may store or process it outside Australia. It is read by people working for DUNAS COMPANY s.r.o., used to reply to you, and kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. It is never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Please do not send anything sensitive that we do not need in order to reply. Email is not a secure channel, and information we do not need is deleted where it is lawful and reasonable to do so.
