What this site is
This is an informational written course about online games on desktop computers. It is published for general reading. It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, not financial, not technical and not security advice — and it is not a substitute for advice from someone who knows your particular circumstances.
It is also not accredited training. There is no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification. Nobody records whether you have read it, and finishing it confers nothing beyond having read it.

Accuracy and change
We write the course carefully and review it at least every six months. Even so, software changes constantly: prices, system requirements, available features, account processes and classifications are set by other organisations and can change without anyone telling us. Nothing here should be treated as a current statement about any product. Before you act, check the vendor's own site, and for classification check the Australian Classification Board's register.
We make no promise that the site is error-free or that it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove any part of it.

The course links to vendor sites, to an affiliate link described on our Affiliate Disclosure page, and to Australian government bodies. Those sites are operated by other organisations. We do not control their content, their availability, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond its usefulness as a source. Once you follow a link, the other site's terms apply to you, not these.

You may read the site, print the checklists, and use them for yourself, your household or your classroom. You may not republish the text as your own work. Copyright in the course belongs to DUNAS COMPANY s.r.o. Brand names appearing in the course belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products concerned.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees apply whatever these terms say.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the Australian Consumer Law permits, DUNAS COMPANY s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from anything you do in reliance on it, including any decision to install, register for, purchase or spend money on any product. Where liability cannot be excluded but can lawfully be limited, it is limited to supplying the information again.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where DUNAS COMPANY s.r.o. is established. That choice does not displace the consumer protections available to you under Australian law, or under the law of the country where you live, if those protections would otherwise apply to you.
